Liam Technology Limited has regional Service Centers located island wide; The purpose of which is to provide fast and better service to our customers and dealers. Liam revolutionized the after sales service in Sri Lanka by introducing a service which is yet unmatched and far superior to prevailing market standards.

The company also set up a state of the art laboratory for the purpose of improving its after sales service and for Staff Training purposes.

Warranty Terms and Conditions

From the date of purchase, ONE (1) year warranty is applicable on any manufacturing defect of the phone while a SIX (6) months warranty is applicable on accessories (Battery, Charger, Hands-free set, etc.)
In order to receive this benefit the warranty card should be produced along with the defective item.

The company will be responsible for repairing free-of-charge any manufacturing defects during the warranty period. However there will not be a replacement with new unit.

The warranty stands invalid if the warranty card is not submitted along with the defective item or it has been transferred to another person / the unit has been dropped, broken or damaged / exposed to shock, electric all short circuit, moisture / water / tampered by, repaired or having added additional components by any, other than an authorized Liam Service Center / the use of substandard charger or battery, any damage when attempting to connect the charger or hands-free set incorrectly.
